Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No but we do have a minimum order charge, stock items starting at £40 and special items starting at £60.
Are your continuous hinges stocked drilled as standard?
No, all our continuous stock is supplied undrilled and self-colour.
What finishes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of finishes but most popular are Zinc and Chromium plating, Epoxy powder coating and Polishing (bright, satin, etc.)
Are your hinges manufactured in the UK?
Yes, all of our hinges are manufactured here in Tamworth.
What do you need in order to quote for bespoke hinges?
Ideally, an engineering drawing but a sketch or sample will often suffice.
Are all orders supplied carriage paid?
No, our carriage terms are: -
Order value up to £499 – Carriage charged at normal rate
Order value £500-£999 – carriage charged at 50%
Order value £1000 + Carriage paid

Do you charge for packing?
Yes, price is calculated based on size and weight.
Is all your packaging recyclable?
Yes generally cardboard tubes & boxes, wooden cases and pallets.
Are we able to collect?
Yes, you can collect your order. We are open 8am – 4.30pm.
Do you offer drawings/3D models?
Yes, if you send over the dimensions or would rather speak to our technical team, they will draw this up and get back to you with a drawing/model.
